Shipping in Quebec and Ontario
Standard shipping fees in Quebec are  $ 19.95.

Standard shipping fees in Ontario are  $ 24.95. Orders are delivered by Canada Post.

Standard shipping fees is offered at a fixed rate of $ 34.95 for deliveries outside of the provinces of Quebec and Ontario (NL, PE, NS, NB, MB, SK, AB, BC, YT, NT & NU). Orders are delivered by Canada Post.

THE MINIMUM ORDER OF $ 50 BEFORE TAX MUST BE PLACED. The Brande Group reserves the right to cancel any order less than $ 50 before taxes that would be sent outside of Quebec and Ontario*.


Website product availability
The products displayed on the website are usually in stock or available in stores. The website reflects product availability at the time of the most recent inventory update, as such it may happen that a product available online is not available in store. THE BRANDE GROUP is not responsible for any inventory shortage associated with the deferred update of its inventories. In the even that the product is not in stock, it will be indicated when items are shipped, and we will ensure a reimbursement is processed as soon as possible.

Cancellation or modification of an order

It is possible to cancel a recent order if it is still pending in the web order fulfillment center. Unfortunately, if your order is complete and shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order and you will have to return the goods to us. We invite you to contact us quickly to inform us of the cancellation of your order at [email protected]  or by phone at 1-438-406-1167.
Note that it is not possible to modify a web order.

THE BRANDE GROUP reserves the right to cancel any order without notice for reasons such as stock shortage, detection of electronic fraud or other. In the event that the fraud detection system signals an anomaly, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed on the original card.

If you are unsatisfied with your order or if an item you ordered is defective, you have 14 days to return the item (s) and receive a refund. It is not possible to exchange products on THEBRANDEGROUP.COM. If you wish to make an exchange, you must first return the item (s) in their original condition, have a refund processed and place a new order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You may have your items exchanged or refunded in-store.

When items are returned in store, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used online.

1- Bring the item purchased online to one of our stores.

2- Present the original invoice.

3- Have the card used during you online purchase in hand.

It should be noted that the returned clothes must be in their original condition, which means that they must not have been worn and / or washed and the labels must still be on the returned item.


If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase

  1. You must return the item (s) in a shipping bag.

2.You must complete the form inserted in the package and include it in your return package

  1. You must bring package to a post office.
  2. Make sure you include a return address.

The customer is responsible for providing a compliant and complete DELIVERY ADDRESS when placing an order online. In the event that a package is returned to us by the shipping company due to an address being incorrect, non-existent or incomplete, the order will be cancelled, and shipping charges will not be refunded. In the event that a package that had been shipped free of charge is returned to us by the shipping company due to an being invalid, non-existent or incomplete, the order will be cancelled and a $ 19.95 fee will be charged to customers located in Quebec, $24.95 to customer located in Ontario and a fee of $34.95 will be charged to customers outside of Quebec and Ontario.
